On July 11, American Fortune Magazine released its latest list of the Top 500 companies around the world for 2007. COFCO ranked 405th with its sales revenue of 17.9532billion RMB, another hit in 14 consecutive years.
On the 2007 list of Top 500, 30 are Chinese companies, the top 3 of which are Sinopec, Petro China and State Grid.
