The list of BrandZ™ Most Valuable Chinese Brands is the first BrandZ national brand ranking compiled by WPP and Kantar in the world. BrandZ™ launched the top 50 Chinese brands list in 2011 and expanded the ranking to the top 100 in 2014 to more fully reflect the vitality of the Chinese market. Over the past decade, the total value of the top 50 Chinese brands has increased by 225%, exceeding the performance of the top 50 global brands (an increase of 126%) over the same period. Similarly, the total value of the top 100 Chinese brands has increased by 162% since 2014, while the top 100 global brands have only increased by 74% over the same period.
